1. Eligibility for Refund
- Tutor No-Show: If a confirmed tutor fails to attend a session without prior notice.
- Unsatisfactory First Session: If the first session was not up to expectations and you inform us within 24 hours of the session.
- Mismatch of Requirements: If we are unable to provide a tutor matching your specific subject or location requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after sessions have started
- Missed sessions without prior cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice)
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the student or parent
- Disputes that arise after multiple sessions without prior complaint
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@trusir.com or call us at +91 8582040204 with the following details:
- Student Name
- Registered Phone Number
- Tutor Name
- Date(s) of session(s)
- Reason for refund request
Note: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the session date.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refund will be processed within 7-10 days and the refund will be credited within 7-10 days
- Refunds will be made via the original method of payment
- You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the refund is processed
