2. Services Offered

• Parents and students can find qualified home tutors.
• Tutors can register and offer offline teaching services.
• We coordinate scheduling and communication between both parties.
• All tutoring takes place offline at a mutually agreed location.

3. User Responsibilities

Parents/Students:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during booking.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for tutors.
• Pay agreed fees on time.

Tutors:

• Provide accurate qualification and experience details.
• Be punctual and professional during sessions.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the student.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Fees are discussed and agreed upon before the start of tutoring.
• Payment methods and schedule will be shared via our team.
• Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case (e.g., tutor no-show, unsatisfactory experience).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Either party may cancel/reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a charge or affect future bookings.

6. Code of Conduct

• Treat each other with respect.
• Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
• Do not misuse the platform or provide false information.

We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts that violate our code of conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Trusir.com acts as a facilitator only and is not responsible for the actions of tutors or students during offline sessions.
• We verify tutor profiles to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee performance or outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on Trusir.com (logos, text, images, etc.) is the property of Trusir and may not be reused without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
